We stayed 3 nights at the Phoenix . The staff was very helpfull and kind. We had no problem of noise late at night. The room was really nice and clean. I love the Phoenix and have stayed there several times. The staff is always very attentive and the heated pool and patio area is a lot of fun. But, they do a good job of keeping the noise down late at night. The ambience and decor carry much more character than most other hotels. I'll be back! more

I stay frequently at the Phoenix Hotel. Although the neighborhood is a bit questionable, I have never had any problems; nor have I felt in danger.
