My girl friends and I went down to South Beach for a quick weekend getaway this past weekend. We had a great trip all around and overall loved the Sagamore. I am a frequent traveler and travel to Miami/South Beach at least 3 times a year. Typically staying at the Delano, the Shore Club, or the Lowes which are all... more

We booked a 4 night stay in a so called 'deluxe' King suite, in preparation for our wedding and as our wedding night. The room was ready on our arrival at 3pm. It was quite spacious and clean. We were expecting a big bed but got two 'double' beds with a night stand between them, not exactly conducive to a... more

At first sight I was a little bit disappointed by the lobby of the Sagamore: old fashionned and tired Art Deco style. The corridors are quite ugly and need serious renovation. Hopefully the room was very large, a suite room with large white sofas, a huge plasma TV and a very comfortable bed with nice linen. The bathroom was average,... more

We booked a pool view bungalow for two nights for a small bachelorette party. The room was not ready upon check in and the room that they gave us was at the opposite end from the pool. It was a disabled access room with very poor lighting and the champagne we requested never appeared, we were not charged for it.... more

This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. It is an art hotel so it is filled with paintings, photographs, and sculptures. The staff is extrodinarily helpful and accommodating. They even gave me the website where I could purchase the amazing candles that scented the lobby. The pool has a bar and servers to tend to you... more

Got a really great rate from this hotel when my flight got cancelled they stepped in and helped out immensely! Really nice accomodations - stayed in the bungalo with my girlfriend and were impressed by it (even though its south beach and the standards are high). We had trouble finding our room at first but should have asked someone. The... more

My wife and I stayed at the Sagamore for four nights in early August. Most of the experience was stellar, but there are a couple of small things that need to be corrected before it would rate as an "excellent" hotel. The location and size are perfect. It's a small, five story hotel just north of the Art Decon zone... more

We booked this as the first hotel in our honeymoon arrived very tired from UK at 7pm - after a long check in procedure we were told our room was not quite ready(!) - she told us to take a seat for 5 minutes. After 20 minutes ( she looked at us sitting a couple of times with our bags... more

We stayed at the Sagamore for over 6 days in total and we loved it. Not only is it a unique artsy hip hotel, it is also close to everything. The first 3 days we stayed in a standard room. There was no view from the window but the room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The staff was nice... more

This hotel is the best one to stay at in Miami if you're looking for great complimentary breakfast, excellent service, and classy surroundings. Sagamore may look small on the outside, but it has great taste in the style of furniture and art in the inside. The people there are warm and welcoming, offering and treating you with anything that comes... more
