Do not stay at the Reach Resort. I just added photos to trip advisor. Our room had bed bugs! Absolutely revolting! more

We just back from staying at the Reach Resort and want to tell everyone what a great place it was. The rooms were clean and the location of the resort was perfect. Ricardo was the best and took great care of our every need by the pool. Congats to The Reach Resort for a great resort and great poolside staff.... more

We decided to stay at the Reach because it was on the other side of the island and it looked nice. It also had pretty good reviews here. They took poetic license with the word resort; this isn't a resort. We think that they call it resort b/c of the number of rooms they have. Something was missing in this... more

If you're thinking of staying at the Reach, stay at Casa Marina, their sister resort, instead. The layout of the Reach is a little weird - finding your room can be difficult! My fiance and I decided to try the Reach Resort as a change of pace from staying at the Pier House,which we love, but we wanted to try the other side of the island. And we are glad we did. We stayed at The Reach for 7 nights and really loved it. I highly reccomend it to anyone. Ricardo the pool guy was the best. My hubby and I are visiting Key West for the first time and as I write this review we are sitting in our beautiful room. The Reach is ideally located on the beach, on the south side of Key West. It is a short walk to the center of town. The hotel just underwent a major renovation and is very nice. It still needs some fine tuning with its infrastructure but overall a nice property. more
