This hotel is in a great location being almost on the Venice boardwalk and a minute's walk to the terrific beaches. To summarize the experience: the staff impressed us with their seemingly genuine care and concern about the guests. However, the hotel cannot keep its reservations straight and cannot seem to sort things out once the inevitable problems arise. Booking directly still does not mean you'll get the room you reserve.
