My family stayed here for 3 nights prior to an Alaskan cruise. Check-in went very smooth,despite a complaining customer next to me. Not the hotels fault,nothing would have pleased this person! The Westin is a typical Westin property, only instead of simple box rooms, it had these odd-shaped suites shaped. It was a 100 unit condo building that Westin converted into 200 suites. They are comfortable and have great views of the mountains and Vancouver. The challenge for the hotel is that there are over 30 floors and only 2 elevators.... more
